PM Service Technician
Preventive maintenance on customer equipment at job sites across West Texas. Pay range: $20 – $35/hr based on level.
Entry-level PM role. Learn fluid services, filter changes, and basic inspection procedures under supervision.
Independently performs scheduled PMs. Familiar with multiple equipment types and PM checklists.
Handles complex PM scopes, identifies developing issues, and documents findings accurately.
Senior PM technician. Mentors junior techs, manages multi-unit PM routes, and coordinates with customers.
Oversees the PM team, schedules routes, ensures quality control, and serves as the primary customer contact for PM accounts.
Heavy Equipment Field Technician
On-site diagnostics and repair across West Texas and surrounding areas. Pay range: $30 – $50+/hr depending on experience and level.
Entry-level field technician. Assists with diagnostics and repairs under the direction of senior techs.
Independently diagnoses and repairs common equipment failures. Proficient with hydraulic and electrical systems.
Handles complex diagnostics across a wide range of equipment. Trusted to work solo on demanding field jobs.
Top-level field technician. Expert-level diagnostic ability, minimal supervision required, handles the most critical repairs.
Leads field crews, coordinates multi-tech jobs, mentors Field Tech 1–4, and is the go-to for the most complex equipment issues.

Welder / Line Bore Technician
Full-Time · Field
Structural and buildup welding, line boring, and related machining work on heavy equipment. MIG/flux-core experience required; line boring experience a plus.

Competitive Pay & Job Stability
- Paid from door to door — travel time is fully compensated
- Guaranteed minimum of 40 paid hours per week
- Paid weekly
- On-call pay: $250 per day
- Performance-based incentives up to $2,500 per month
- Safety incentives: $50/month and $250/quarter
- Christmas bonus
- Signing bonus up to $8,000 (paid over first year with signed contract)
Premium Pay Opportunities
- Night shift pay premium (hours between 9 PM – 6 AM)
- Rain day premium for qualifying outdoor work
- Holiday premium when working recognized holidays
- Weather standby pay when work is delayed or canceled
Time Off That Respects Your Life
- 0–3 years of service: 3 weeks PTO
- 3–6 years of service: 4 weeks PTO
